2.3 Information Verification

bk32 may at any time request supporting documents (such as a national identity card, passport or driving licence) to verify your identity and account information. If the requested documents are not provided within the specified time, the account may be temporarily suspended.

The minimum age to use the bk32 platform is 21. This service is available only to those aged 21 or above.

At the time of registration you confirm that you are over 21 years of age. bk32 may request a government-issued identity document at any time for age verification. If an account belonging to a person below the minimum age is identified, it will be closed immediately and all deposited funds will be returned, however bonuses and winnings will be forfeited.

The following payment methods are accepted for depositing funds on bk32: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer.

4.1 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount for each payment method is ৳100. Deposits below this amount will not be processed.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Successfully verified payments are generally credited to your bk32 account instantly. If there is a delay due to a technical issue, please notify our support team.

4.3 Payment Verification

bk32 requires that all deposits come only from a payment method registered in the account holder's name. Third-party deposits are not accepted. If such a transaction is identified, the account may be suspended pending verification.

To withdraw funds from bk32, your account must be fully verified and the KYC process must be completed.

5.1 Minimum Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.

5.2 Withdrawal Processing Time

Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. If identity verification or additional security review is required, this may take longer.

5.3 Withdrawal Method

Withdrawals must be made using the same method used for the deposit (bKash, Nagad, Rocket or bank transfer). The source of the deposit and the destination of the withdrawal must be the same.

5.4 Withdrawal Rejection

bk32 reserves the right to reject a withdrawal request in the following circumstances:

• Account verification is incomplete
• There is suspicion of fraud or irregularity
• Bonus wagering requirements have not been met
• Evidence of multiple account use is found

bk32 offers various types of bonuses and promotions for new and regular users. Each bonus is provided under specific terms and conditions.

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. A minimum deposit of ৳100 is required to receive this bonus. To withdraw the bonus funds, the total amount (deposit + bonus) must be wagered 20 times (wagering requirement: 20x).

6.2 Bonus Terms

• A bonus may be claimed only once; claiming it more than once through multiple accounts is prohibited
• The wagering contribution may vary for certain game categories or providers
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn — it can only be used for betting
• Bonuses are valid for a limited time; unused bonuses will be automatically cancelled after expiry

6.3 VIP Programme

The bk32 VIP programme has five levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. The weekly cashback rate differs at each level. Higher levels come with greater benefits. VIP level assignment is entirely at bk32's discretion.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bk32 platform and, if identified, will result in the immediate closure of the account:

• Creating or using multiple accounts
• Providing false or misleading information
• Bonus abuse or bonus hunting
• Fraudulent payments or chargebacks
• Using automated bots or software to place bets
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal activities
• Unauthorised access to another person's account
• Deliberately exploiting technical errors in the platform
• Collaborative betting or match fixing

If any of the above activities are identified, bk32 will close the relevant account, forfeit all deposited funds and winnings, and take legal action if necessary.

8.1 Random Number Generator
